Do properties come with a parking space?
Some of our properties have parking spaces on the premises, but not all. We think it’s better for tenants to decide whether they need parking spaces rather than to pay for something they won’t use, so many of our commercial and residential properties have nearby parking as an extra service.
How long is a parking contract?
Most of our parking licences are issued on an annual basis. . If you have other specific needs, get in touch, as we can usually come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Are spaces available 24/7?
Most of our spaces are available 24/7, although some will have restricted operating hours. Check the individual descriptions, or get in touch for more information.
Is there on-site security?
Our car parks tend to be quite small, so we could not justify 24/7 manned security. That said, security is always a prime consideration when it comes to access, location, lighting and where possible, CCTV coverage.
Are spaces on private land?
Our individual spaces are private and are leased by the customer. However, they are often in car parks that are open to the public or shared with other private car park owners.
