While most people associate Sorbon Estates with commercial property, we also have a large portfolio of residential properties in the areas we serve. We appreciate that leasing to residential clients is very different to leasing to businesses, but there are also a host of contractual similarities that we already have expertise in.

We have a range of  residential apartments and houses to suit the needs of individuals, couples and families throughout Oxfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Typical clients will be commuters into London or Oxford, people who want to work from home in a beautiful, buzzing town, and families looking for safe communities with plenty of local amenities. They are also often perfect for anyone who leases (or works at) one of our commercial properties.

When will residential properties become available?

Our residential properties are in high demand and rarely remain vacant for long. If you’re interested in becoming a Sorbon Estates tenant, please get in touch to share your requirements. We’ll let you know as soon as a suitable property becomes available. 

Will you offer flexible contracts?

Our residential tenancy agreements available at our properties comply with the new Renters’ Rights Act. 

Will properties come with parking?

Some properties will have a driveway or parking space included in the price, but not all. Apartments in blocks, for example, often don’t have parking as standard. However, we might have nearby spaces that you can lease on a contract.
