The awards celebrate excellence across the region’s property sector, bringing together leading developers, landlords, consultants and occupiers to recognise outstanding achievement and innovation.
Sorbon Estates has been named a finalist in the following categories:
- Commercial Development of the Year (One Ludlow)
- Commercial Landlord of the Year
- Workplace Design of the Year (One Ludlow)
We are particularly pleased to be shortlisted once again for Commercial Landlord of the Year, having proudly won the award in 2025. Being recognised for a second consecutive year reflects our continued investment in our portfolio, our occupier-focused approach, and our commitment to creating places where businesses can thrive.
The double nomination for One Ludlow highlights the success of the recently completed transformation of the landmark office building in the heart of Maidenhead. The comprehensive redevelopment has created a vibrant, contemporary workplace designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses, combining exceptional design, sustainability credentials and occupier wellbeing at its core.
