This prominent site, spanning approximately 4.75 acres, comprises around 100,000 sq ft of retail, residential, and mixed-use accommodation. Key tenants include Waitrose, Boots, Superdrug, and Iceland, supported by a 300-space car park.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Sorbon Estates, aligning with our commitment to enhancing high streets and supporting vibrant communities. We are excited to bring our experience in managing mixed-use developments to the St. Martin’s Centre and look forward to working collaboratively with tenants and the local community to ensure the centre remains a cornerstone of Caversham.
