Sorbon Estates is pleased to announce that two innovative health and fitness operators have taken up residence at 162–166 High Street, Berkhamsted, enhancing the town’s vibrant wellbeing offering and bringing new activity to this prominent location.
IVBoost UK Expands into Larger Ground Floor Premises
Doctor- and nurse-led clinic IVBoost UK has relocated into newly refurbished, larger ground-floor premises at the building, following three successful years in Berkhamsted. Known for its evidence-based IV nutrient therapies and personalised wellness treatments, the clinic has built a loyal following of clients who travel from across the country.
The move allows IVBoost UK to meet growing demand for proactive, preventative health solutions. The new space features enhanced treatment areas and improved accessibility, supporting a broad range of therapies from vitamin infusions and IV drips to targeted treatments designed to boost energy, immunity, recovery and overall vitality.
Kerry-Dene Ihlenfeldt, Clinical Director and Partner at IVBoost UK, said:
“People are more focused than ever on taking control of their health and wellbeing. Our new premises allow us to meet that growing demand with more space, more equipment, and an environment designed around our patients’ needs. Berkhamsted offers the perfect blend of accessibility and community, and we’re delighted to continue growing here.”
John McLaughlin of Sorbon Estates added:
“It’s fantastic to see IVBoost UK thriving in Berkhamsted. Their commitment to health, innovation, and patient experience makes them a real asset to the High Street, and we’re proud to support their continued growth.”
House of Lagree Fitness Brings Modern Pilates to Berkhamsted
Taking the first and second floors of the same building, House of Lagree Fitness will open its first dedicated UK studio. The studio will introduce the Lagree method – an internationally renowned workout that blends strength, cardio and balance through slow, controlled movements performed on the state-of-the-art Megaformer machine.
The new Berkhamsted studio will feature eight Megaformers, offering small, focused group classes designed to build strength, endurance and flexibility through a high-intensity, low-impact workout that differs from traditional Pilates.
Co-founder Mel Patel said:
“We’re really excited to bring Lagree to Berkhamsted and introduce a completely new style of fitness to local residents. Berkhamsted has a great community feel and an amazing independent scene, it’s the perfect home for our first studio.”
John McLaughlin commented:
“House of Lagree Fitness is a fantastic addition to Berkhamsted. Its innovative approach to fitness and strong community ethos will complement the town’s already thriving High Street.”
The arrival of both IVBoost UK and House of Lagree Fitness underscores Sorbon Estates’ commitment to cultivating a diverse, high-quality tenant mix that supports community wellbeing and strengthens Berkhamsted’s position as a destination for health, lifestyle, and independent businesses.
