Sorbon Estates Confirms Sale of Grosvenor House to the National Film & Television School

Sorbon Estates is pleased to announce the sale of Grosvenor House, Beaconsfield to the National Film & Television School (NFTS), supporting the School’s ambitious plans for future expansion. This agreement marks a significant step in enabling the NFTS to enhance and grow its world‑renowned training facilities.

As part of the project, Sorbon Estates will be working closely with the School throughout the development phase. Building works are scheduled to complete in December 2026, creating new, modern spaces designed to support the next generation of film, television, and digital media talent.

The project recently reached an exciting milestone with a visit from Barbara Broccoli, Producer of the James Bond franchise, and Ted Sarandos, Co‑CEO of Netflix. Their visit celebrated key moments in the School’s development and highlighted the transformative impact the new facilities will have on future students.
