Gifting and lifestyle boutique Twenty Three Living has opened in Liston Court, Marlow, bringing a range of stylish and ethically-sourced gifts and lifestyle products to local shoppers. With a focus on plant-based ingredients and conscious brands, the shop offers a diverse range including home fragrance, jewellery, candles and skincare.
The brainchild of qualified aromatherapist Louise Haisman, Twenty Three Living is about harnessing the natural power of plant-based ingredients combined with ethical choices in gifting. Using her love of essential and plant oils, as well as other naturally sourced ingredients, Louise created the Twenty Three Living range of luxury, award-winning skincare and home-scenting products with therapeutic benefits. Made in the UK in small batches and using traditional production methods, the handmade products use eco packaging and are cruelty-free. The range includes handmade soaps, room sprays and essential oil blends.
Alongside the skincare and home scenting ranges, Twenty Three Living offers a selection of beautiful hand-picked gifts and lifestyle products, all of which are eco, ethical, or give back to society in some way. For example, stunning velvet cosmetic bags made by a fair-trade project supporting rural artisan communities in Vietnam. Beautifully decorated mugs and candles produced by Arthouse Unlimited, showcasing the artistic talents of adults living with learning and physical difficulties. Roll-on bracelets sourced from Aid Through Trade, which help give back to the women artisans who make them in Nepal. Twenty Three Living prides itself on beautiful products with a story.
Louise Haisman, Founder of Twenty Three Living commented, "We are delighted to have fulfilled our lifelong dream of opening a store in Marlow and to have received such a very warm welcome from local shoppers and visitors. We know that customers are actively seeking ways to shop more sustainably and hope that our new store will make it easy for Marlow locals to do so, offering beautiful gifts with the knowledge that every purchase does some good and is supporting small independent businesses."
Robert Martin, Leasing Manager at Sorbon Estates said, "The arrival of Twenty Three Living is fantastic news for Marlow, as it is a local, independent brand that reflects the growing move to shop with a conscience. The newly opened store is a great fit for Liston Court, where our improvement works have created a delightful space for visitors to browse and shop or relax with food and drink in an attractive outdoor setting. With the re-opening of retail and more people enjoying the town centre once again, we look forward to seeing Liston Court busy again during the summer months."
