Tenants with maintenance issues

Our maintenance team continue to operate adhering to social distancing practices as outlined by the government. 

As a landlord we also have a duty of care to reduce workplace risk to the lowest reasonably practicable level by taking preventative measures so that everybody's health and safety is protected. Our teams have been fully briefed and trained on how to work safely in your properties. Tenants enquiring about commercial properties

Following the relaxation of restrictions, we are, once again, able to provide on site inspections of our properties through either our agents or ourselves. We are happy to take into consideration any personal circumstances that you may have and can if required provide video walkarounds of properties or wear face masks on site.
