Popular local childrenswear brand Angel & Rocket is set to return to Marlow High Street, opening its new, bigger and better store on 20th August. Located at 28 High Street next to The White Company, the new 1,150 sq ft store will allow shoppers to browse even more of the brand's latest stunning collections.
Angel & Rocket have signed a new semi-permanent lease with a view to capitalising on intensified footfall in the town since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Edward Davidson, Senior Leasing Manager at Sorbon Estates said, "I couldn't be more amazed at the activity we have seen in Marlow since the pandemic. A mix of homebound workers eager to get out into the community, a loyalty to local businesses and carefully orchestrated precautions implemented across the town in conjunction with the Town Council have meant Marlow has been busier than ever. We are seeing a spike in demand to match with many retailers considering this to be a longer-term structural change in consumer behaviour. The Marlow store will be the first bricks and mortar presence for the brand following the short-term trial lease of a smaller unit in 2019, and signals a first step, with more stores in the brand roadmap. Growth plans also include a loyalty programme to serve Angel & Rocket's established online customer base and new in-store clientele.
