As our Property and Asset Manager, you will be a crucial part of our estates management team, actively and professionally managing a range of commercial properties to meet and exceed budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure targets.

Supporting our Senior Asset and Leasing Manager on value-add projects, driving value from lease renewals, regears, and reviews, and managing smaller projects to completion.

You will develop excellent working relationships with tenants, local authorities, and solicitors, ensuring that tenant covenants are followed and maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Working closely with our in-house maintenance team to manage tenant repairs, planned work, and dilapidations, as well as effectively managing utilities and service charges for your portfolio.

To be successful in the Property and Asset Manager role, you will have a proven track record in commercial property management, with an excellent understanding and application of landlord and tenant legislation.

Ideally RICS qualified, although this is not essential, with strong negotiation and client-facing skills, as well as a good knowledge of property management accounting.
