Electrical Improver

Sorbon Estates - the privately-owned, successful commercial property investment company - is looking for an Electrical Improver to work on our wide range of properties. This includes commercial, retail, residential and marinas with the majority in and around the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area.

 

About the Electrical Improver role

  • With the use of our company vehicle you will work on our properties undertaking a range of electrical installations, testing and maintenance repairs.
  • You will have a full understanding and apply all relevant health and safety measures as you conduct your work.
  • Presenting a professional and customer focused service to our tenants.

 

About you

  • City and Guilds 2368 Electrical Installation level 2 (or approved equivalent)
  • ECS Heath and Safety Test
  • Full cleaning driving licence as a company vehicle is provided for business use
  • Great team player
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities
  • Friendly and customer focused.
