Background

Sorbon Estates is the commercial property arm of the Shanly Group,
one of the leading independent property investors and developers in the
South East of England.

The Shanly Group was founded in 1970 by Michael Shanly who is Chairman of
the Group. The Group began by building residential property, which in turn
lead to the acquisition of commercial property and resulted in two businesses being formed: Shanly Homes for the development and sale of residential property, and Sorbon Estates which manages the Group's commercial property portfolio.

Sorbon Estates owns and operates a varied portfolio of commercial investment properties. Our areas of operation go in and around the M25, the Thames Valley and Greater London, reaching out to Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Essex, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Kent.
