At Sorbon Estates we acquire, invest, develop, lease and retain commercial property within a South-East holding across several asset classes. We have a multimillion-pound portfolio of assets - nearly 1300 businesses and families live or work in our properties - and we are expanding further within our region.

We have a team of almost 40 people and as a private company we closely manage, using mainly in-house resources, most aspects of a dynamic, friendly and successful business. What you'll be doing

Working closely with and under the guidance of our Acquisitions Director, you will assist in the search for suitable property, liaising with property agents and undertaking negotiations in order to acquire suitable commercial/residential investment and development opportunities within the South-East. Providing a high degree of due diligence and administrative assistance you will be preparing preliminary development and investment appraisals, compile comparable evidence, liaise with reporting solicitors, interpret legal reports and assist in the preparation of in-house purchase reports. Support will be provided from a comprehensive in-house property team.

Skill and experience

Ideally, we are seeking an enthusiastic junior who may have some experience within commercial property acquisitions either through an agency or property company or a graduate with a relevant degree to take their first step into the property acquisitions industry.
